Speed limit throughout the park is 10 MPH.  Be aware you are sharing the roadways with pedestrians and bicyclists.

No pets are allowed at Dunroamin Cottages.  

No open fires (wood burning) at the cottages.  We have charcoal grills for cooking.

Boat Dock Slips are available for an additional charge. Please call for rates at  508-477-0541 .

No one under 14 years of age is allowed on our boat docks without parents.

Two vehicles per cottage.  Additional parking available. Please check at the office.

Parents are responsible for the behavior and safety of their children in all areas of Dunroamin.

Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult at the beach - NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY.

Dunroamin is not responsible for tenants’ guests and other persons in the event of personal injury, property damage or any other loss caused by fire, theft, vandalism, water, land accidents, natural events, or any other mishap.​
